this is very interesting!!! i have seen this several times, a rainbow
encircling the sun... the following photo might be of interest.

yesterday january 24, 2001 marked the aquarius new moon marking the
first new moon of 2001, and the chinese new year of the snake (the
mysteries of transmuting poisons into medicine). a medicine man from the
eastern band cherokee tribe said that this new moon marked their new
year's day also. in the celestial timings i wrote the aquarius new moon
(5 aquarius) is conjunct neptune (6 aquarius). the sun and moon in
revolutionary aquarius are meeting with idealistic neptune, who through
the qualities of imagination and inspired dreaming, allows us to access
the field of all possibilities to revolutionize our current experience
of this space/time reality. when aquarius is involved we can bet it will
come through unexpected, unplannable, unknowable events that are
intended to support the freest possible expression of our divine
destiny.
supporting this new years, new moon energy yesterday, was a
remarkable celestial event witnessed between 3:00 pm and 4:30 est on
2-24-2001 in greenville, north carolina by j. paulette sawyers. what she
described is
beyond my ability to fully recapture, but she described a misty
cloud, a curtain or veil hanging over the sun in a perpetual rainfall
motion. it hung vertically, with a horizontal motion left to right
swirling the mists back over itself. within this thin, veil like
holographic cylindrical portal, one, then two rainbow arms
appeared, moving to touch each other on one end, remaining
open on the opposite end. as she described this to me over the
phone i imagined she was seeing a whirling
rainbow as described in jamie sams, sacred path cards. jamie
describes the whirling rainbow as a symbol of
wholeness and unity achieved, and the prophecy of the whirling
rainbow is the promise of peace among
all nations and all people. when i sent a picture to paulette
she confirmed this is indeed what she had seen, only not fully
formed, having only two of the eight arms.
in the magic of the great mystery, earlier in the day on a cleaning
frenzie whim,i had picked up a book given to me over a year ago, titled
maka wicahpi wicohan: universal and spiritual laws of creation,
manuscript prepared by standing elk.
a book i had only glanced at when i first received it knowing i
wasn't ready to absorb its contents yet. when i opened the book to page
282. it was titled ceremony of the stars, altars of the morning star,
rainbow message from andromeda.

we want to make sure the peoples know the sacred

the whirling rainbow is the presence of your

another place in the book describes the whirling rainbow as the sublime
presence of the deep green ray and the stellar shepard is astraea.
in the may 2000, celestial sky council article i wrote
a well known greek myth describes a council gathering of the gods
and goddesses on mount olympus to
decide the fate of humanity. zeus (a.k.a. jupiter) summoned all
the gods to council at mount olympus, and we
are told they traveled the celestial highway (the milky way) to
reach this important council meeting. looking at
this myth as a telling of a celestial event, we see that the gods
gathered out of sight of humanity on mount
olympus. this suggests a time when the planets, who are indeed
the gods themselves, were all gathered in the
light of the sun, and therefore invisible to those on earth. the
council convened to determine what to do about
humanity? the dilemma was that humans no longer honored the
sacredness of life, or practiced the rituals
designed to keep the earth in balance, rather they were
destroying the earth, engaging in terrible and destructive
wars, drenching the earth in the cruelly spilled blood of its
victims. one by one the gods left earth as the
senseless violence continued. the last to leave was astraea the
goddess of innocence and purity. according to
bullfinchs mythology, the poets of ancient times endorsed the
idea that one day the goddesses of innocence,
purity and justice would return to earth, bringing a golden age.
the current awakening feminine mysteries, and
remembrance of the goddess energy suggests that time is now
the earth is preparing for the return of the radiant and
shining ones who walk with golden auras of light
carrying the activated stellar codes and frequencies of the next
golden age, biblically referred to as the new
heaven and the new earth as the hopi elders remind us, we are
the ones we have been waiting for! we
are the radiant and shining ones who anchor the golden age of
heaven on earth. the time is now for all the
tribes of humanity to gather and exist in peace and harmony with
each other, with the earth and with all other
realms and dimensions, seen and unseen
this is just the beginning of understanding this symbolism. the

accompanied our pilgrimage to the emerald table (deep green) of
mesa verde during the planetary alignment
in may of 2000. the whirling rainbow as described by jamie sams
appears as a sun dog or full rainbow
circle around the sun with bright white lights at the four
directions. the symbol for the whirling rainbow has
eight arms that extend to the four directions twisting in curved
swastika style covering all the directions.
paulette feels the first arm was established in 2000 and the
second arm in 2001. all eight will be in place by
2007. she also saysif i can trust my instincts on
this...(if-hahaha) this is huge and still is.... and we looking the
horn of plenty--- corn, squash, beans... right in the face of the
source saying our efforts are manifesting and a
great good has been worked in the world... and more arms are to
come to embrace us all.... as we continue the
good work/fight! all those who labor to the good of the whole
