>some of you have just joined our list - welcome. we are currently working within a debate here that is not and should not be our normal focus. you can read the asc2k archives on egroups toview the whole thing. i have made statements regarding my opinions that have led to a lot of discussion, and this email should hopefully be the last one that i will post on this issue.

>the ultimate issue is that i am a researcher, and as one who investigates alternative physics and cosmology i must maintain certain standards of quality in my work. a very significant aspect of this quality control is to use any "channeled" material very sparingly. the material that i do use must go through the same quality controls as seen in the book on my site by francois masson called "the end of our century." that means that the channel must have documented, rigorous proof of their accuracy. in my own case there have been hundreds upon hundreds of accurate future prophecies and other means of validation that i couldn't come up with consciously and there is no room for doubt. and still, with one small exception in the global grid section of the shift of the ages, i will not use my own"channeled" materials in my scientific treatises. why?

>based on this same logic, early in my development i channeled something that went along with what i felt the truth to be. at that time i considered the dodecahedron to be the highest vibration in the platonic solids and considered the true end date of the mayan calendar to be in 2039, not 2012, based on the work of maurice chatelain who equated the mayan katun cycle to jupiter-saturn conjunctions and retooled the calendar based on that. sure enough, from a state where i was well conscious enough to know what was going on, i did a whole reading about 2039 being the end and tried- there's the key word - to put the dodecahedron at the top through conscious interference with the data. i forget right now exactly how the forces turned it around but they did and i was surprised. it's like a ouija-board party where two different people are trying to move the pointer to suit their own needs. later that same day i had a much deeper trance reading that was harshly critical about my lack of quality standards in the previous one, and in that case i did not remember what i had said until i transcribed the cassette later.

>the work that i create needs to reach the largest possible audiences. i use channeled material very sparingly. one source that most are not familiar with is the law of one series, from an entity named ra. as most are already aware on this list, ra is a high-level et society that purports to have evolved from venus millions of years ago. while some of ra's teachings seem very esoteric and stretch the envelope very far, the fact is that there are a number of very specific scientific statements in the book that are either right or wrong but no halfway point. all of ra's teachings, with no exceptions, are available to the public in book form. not a single data point has been withheld, so each person can study it for themselves and draw their own conclusions.

>another popular researcher in this field is drunvalo melchizedek (dm,)born as bernard perona. in his material, beginning with the book "nothing in this book is true, but it's exactly the way things are," there is a combination of channeled material and researched material. in this case, the researched material deals predominantly with sacred geometry, the existence of the ancient civilization of atlantis and certain of its ruins and the idea of a precessional cycle that has long been believed to herald a literal dimensional shift on earth in many ancient and indigenous world teachings. in that sense, he has uncovered similar data as have i; we agree on the importance of sacred geometry, atlantis and the rapid approach of a dimensional shift.

>however, in his books and lectures, his channeled work is stated as equal fact alongside the researched work. both are woven together as being equal statements of truth. however, we have no external data to base this on; no actual transcripts of the sessions have been given, no documented prophecies of future events that came true or other data points that could be used for validation. we must believe that he tells us the truth without being able to study the words from his entity 'thoth' on our own. and to further enhance the difficulty, the channeled portions of the material do not agree with any other points in the field of well-established psychic data.

>in this field, the edgar cayce readings have essentially become the yardstick by which others must be compared, due to the overwhelming documented validity in that work. and in the work of dm there are very few points thatcan be cross-referenced to the cayce data and a number of points that directly conflict with the cayce data. one example wouldbedm's idea that the top of thegreat pyramid is flat because it provides a landing platform for an extraterrestrial spacecraft. as the caycereadings indicated, themainstream pyramidologists were correct about the meaning of this flat top; it has symbolic importancein that itwill accept a capstone for the pyramid. when this capstoneis placed, the six-sided pyramid(including the flat top) becomes afive-sided pyramid (once the flat top has been removed.) in the ancient texts, six is the number of incompletion and imperfection and five is the number of divinity and initiation. thus, the metaphor is of humanity moving from imperfection to divinity, and this occurs at the point of the shift of the precessional cycle; hence each pair of diagonal lines on the pyramid add up to 25,827 egyptian inches, a very close value for precession.

"in conclusion, communications reported to come from ufo entities often contain certain standard themes... the communications often have a surreal quality, and htey often contradict one another. many seem to be a cross between disinformation and sheer nonsense, and many contain material found in human cultural traditions... (pg. 207)"

>we must remember that to reach the largest possible audiences, we must not make any more assumptions than are necessary; the focus must be on data. dm's work has spawned an international industry that promotes workshops teaching a specific meditation technique where the adept visualizes an interlaced tetrahedron around their body. as i stated in previous emails, the group functions as though every part of this process is precisely correct - to the point where if a person studies a different means of "merkabah" meditation, they are disbarred from further participation in the group. however, channeling of this nature must remain in the realm of the subjective; and it is interesting to point out that ra said "there is no "right way" to meditate."

>so as far as i am concerned as a researcher, this body of work does not meet the standard criteria for inclusion. in the future i will be much more reluctant to state my opinions of other researchers as i have lost days of productivity and energy now on this issue.

thank you dw for being a 'sport' about this all, and i do agree with denise
that it probably would have ended after our first cup..
i really hope we all benefited from this discussion, as i don't thinnk i
have ever pulled out as many ra quotes in any other letters..

i have unity/resolution with this matter....wasn't just for me, as i believe
we are all collecting here to assist in any way possible with dw as a whole,
whether or not if he likes it sometimes...

i do see some confusion in 'thoth' and 'ra'...and i very much appreciate
david's hard ass work, as my own bridge has many aspects of the asc2k, and
others.. i am just as infallible as the next, i am just persueing my own
forces guidance, be it imperical or not..

so thank you for your integretity dw again, as i hope you truely don't think
of this as "lost" nrg/time..

as there were obvious issues here that needed to be dealt with..
