View Full Version : Not so Final Statements on Drunvalo

hello david and list!
could not sleep last night. this ongoing thread about drunvalo has
really got my goat. i'm not on this list to lurk or cause
trouble. i'm here to learn and gain new insight into the ascension
process...like i'm sure the rest of the members are.
but...i'm not ok with this. i must be in unity and it is clear to
me that there is not unity in this discussion about dru.
i want to rebut these inaccuracies about drunvalo, but hesitate because i
think it will fall on deaf ears. i feel like someone who's work i
highly respected has attacked my friend. i joined this list to
learn more about unity....to put it into practical, everyday use.
here is my test i guess......
david, i feel jilted because you conveniently used the message of ra to
bail on this conversation which you started. you stirred the pot,
now it's time to clean up the mess. if you could not have been of
service to dru, why didn't you withdraw at the beginning? what has
dru done to you? do you perceive that his talk about the water on
the radio show attacked you in some way? is your perception that he made
it more difficult for you to talk about the shift of ages with
validity? you made it clear in your last email on the
subject, in which you continued to take jabs at dru, while stating that
you would write no more on the subject. is this unity?
i'm sure that dru learned his lesson with regards to the water. not
many people know that there was an assassination attempt on him, when he
found out the truth behind the water and threatened to expose the people
behind it. it's too bad that his mistakes are so public....and we
that we form opinions based on what we perceive. it's to bad that we
don't know the whole picture, or the man, when we form our opinions.
fol facilitators are free lance agents of the fol. fol recommends
that facilitators charge $222 for the 3 day workshop. some charge
more...some less, depending on their financial situation. each
facilitator must pay fol a percentage of the fee....kinda like a
franchise thing. the latest version of the workshop has no
prerequisite (ie..video viewing). i could go on and on here about
the financial breakdown and the reasons why they charge...who could offer
you a discount, why you must take a fol workshop from a qualified
facilitator in order to attend dru's advanced workshops, etc....but i
won't here. if anyone would like the info, i would be happy to
share off list.
fyi...the flower of life organization is not connected with the current
undertakings of drunvalo. they parted ways a few years back.
long story.....but basically, dru is not cut out to run a business, so he
left the business in the best hands he knew of. three people work
at the fol home office...one of which i know is not paid for her work.
i agree that the information should be free to all. totally agree
on that one. but.....we do currently live in 3d....and in 3d we
have time...(or lack of it). our time is valuable. our
society has put a price on this. i feel that the time a
teacher/instructor/facilitator puts into the teaching or sharing of
spiritual work should be compensated for, not the message. we
expect to pay for services. i would be happy to pay a fee to attend
a workshop you would present david, because i understand that your time
is valuable and the service you provide a needed one in this
time/space. you stated that people are taking up your valuable
time....why not charge for it? maybe some people would then
"get it" and leave you alone or you could be a little better
financially..... if your guides insist that you not charge for your
time...then i trust spirit is providing for you.
i need to be in unity about this issue. i guess i need some help in
getting unified. i love dru, warts and all...he's like a big warm, fuzzy
puppy with his heart hanging out. when he leads his advanced workshops,
one gets to see the real dru...and he's always the same fuzzy
puppy. he's always in unity and service. i know that he's not the
end all source for ascension information. i know that there are
other merkaba techniques out there that are just as effective. i
know that dru and fol has had some rocky moments, but does that warrant
an attack on him? i don't want to be contrary, i want to be in
unity. any advice on unification here would be helpful for me.
i never thought i would be writing a letter like this to the list and
david wilcock. david, i hold you and your work in very high
esteem. i am grateful for all the effort you have shown, and for
the time you have put into your projects. i appreciate the regular
updates on the site and will continue to visit it. i thank you for this
thread, because now i can see you as a real person....warts and
all. lol
much love

>not to worry. balance is within the arena of each soul's development. these discussions are catalysts for growth and enhancement; spirituality in fifth-center awareness needs open and honest communication. we can choose to ignore certain points of data and amplify others and that is our right - and we also have a right, as a group, to talk openly and freely about our opinions and concerns. my opinions should not disarm you or sway your attitude and emotions.
>
>as jeremy pointed out rather eloquently, it is in my absence that i am of greatest service. time is what i require to do this. no one pays to join this list or to interact with me or the others here. i think everyone on this list agrees that my new book is very eagerly anticipated - and the vast majority have never posted, thereby showing that they are not being terribly moved by this particular episode or others, just enjoying the experience of watching it all happen. to finish this book is a hard, fast time commitment - and yesterday all i really accomplished was writing about this issue. that shouldn't be the pattern.
>
>today i devoted 20 minutes on the phone with dr. mandelker about how we should address this topic should it come up in the seminar. we agreed that dm himself consistently remarks that there may be errors in his work and to trust your inner guidance and reject what you do not agree with internally. if asked, we will keep it to a very short answer, and essentially say that some things we agree with and some we disagree with; further, we believe that the data we present gives a valuable added insight for those who may have studied this material already. and that's it. if pressed further and with specificity about my opinions, i will state them clearly and succintly without judging and move on.
>
>one of my favorite quotes is that "spiritual growth is the hardest thing you will ever do in your life." believe it or not, if i hit a "hot button" that can actually be a very valuable experience for you and for others reading this. ultimately it is an exploration of the shadow, and if we do not choose to look in on it then it continues to grow. all are one and whether we explore it outside or inside, we are indeed moving towards unity as has been expressed.
>
>we have had several perspectives aired on this list and each is comfortable where they are. i think that's all that matters. there is no "winner" here and my opinions regarding the financial ends are not dogmatic or intended to force others to "believe" as i do. no apologies are necessary from any side at this point; everyone has expressed themselves clearly and the calling to the greater good for my services is finishing ciii.

>i have been researching drunvalo's material for a few years myself, and researched a lot of things that the public does not know about him, lets just say david only reached the tip of the iceberg on drunvalo's questionable activities. i will just say, "by their fruits shall ye know them." and leave it at that, but ask yourself if you are seeing good in a person or the "illusion of good" david had some very good points, although i do not necessarily see anything wrong with charging to use spiritual gifts, clairovyants and mediums still have to make a living somehow until we learn how to materialize our money and needs like jesus could. what is the difference between charging for a giving someone a reading, and charging to sell a painting, being a clairvoyant or an artist are both spiritual gifts, i have never seen an artist being persecuted for charging for a painting. the greed for money is the root of evil. and where i draw the line is if that spiritual person if living within there means and if that energy exchange called money is within their needs and within reason, for if that spiritual person has everything they need, shelter, food, transportation and the basic comforts of life, then anything beyond that is questionable, while some charge and arm and a leg and return home to their mansions and limos and expensive cruises while their clients return home to a hungry family worrying about making their next car payment.
>
>so judge by whatsoeve causes a man to do good is of god, and by this shall you know the intent of a person's heart, but i know a lot of supposedly highly respected spiritual people who have fallen into the trap of money exchange, for when the money exchange overcedes their necessity's it begins to corrupt that being. like some mediums i know who charged a friend of mine $500 for two workshops and a reading and told him he would be cured of obsessive compulisive disorder, when he wasn't healed they told him a curse was placed upon him in a past life in india and they would need another $2000 for a private session to get rid of the curse.
