Ready to call?

Well, there's been alot of discussion about this... Is anyone ready to give it a try? In my opinion, it will take some practice to "perfect" this, but why not give it a go and see what happens?

Also, a rather quirky idea, but is anyone interested in sync'ing up on "Loom" days? This is in reference to the Mayan calendar - the power days... Just a thought - no particular reason - I'm open to pretty much anything...except waiting...

I'm ready. I posted this in the prayer section which should probably have been in the call for assistance section but it is my contribution anyways.


We would like to ask the Confederation of Planets and Ra for protection and guidance on behalf of the One Infinite Creator in how to best be a beacon of Love and Light to others and how best to be of Service to Others.

This is what I would like to ask for but would be happy to have it added to.

How important is it, do you think, that we all call for the same thing? I've seen a number of suggestions, all good, but seemingly different; certainly different in wording and some probably also different in what they are asking for.

Because we all have different ideas of what exactly what we are calling for, we could just all post on the same thread what kind of assistance we want. It could be a prayer, it could be a simple statement .

Whatever works for each of us individually. But because we are all doing it through the same group we will be connected that way.

Then I'm sure as well that if some people don't want to post their own request but if they find one that they resonate with they could probably read it and kind of sign on that way as well.

If their energy and emotion are attached to that statement then I'm sure they will be included in the whole doubling effect.

Just some thoughts.

Do you think that attempting to do this same call on the same topic at the same time world-wide would be possible?

I'm in Australia, and will probably have to get up in the middle of the night here to be in sync with everyone...but I'll do that. I use the World Clock website to check on time zones and real time around the world whenever I call friends and family on the other side of the planet. That would be a useful tool to get ourselves uniified on a certain time to meditate/call.

Just a thought.....

And, on second thought, if it seems that the exact same time might be a little difficult to do world-wide, perhaps we could choose a general time frame (such as, for instance, within an 8-hour period on Friday, March 6th. Just waiting to hear what the group has in mind.....

My thought would be to do this from 13:00-14:00 Local Apparent Sidereal Time (remember, this is when our psychic powers grow by 400%). It was my thought that we'd start with something simple (5-10 minute statement) then meditate and open to Our Higher Selves for communication... This way, no region is necessarily disadvantaged as the LST changes 4 minutes each day...

Any opinions on this?

Oh, and I'd like to build upon Megan's statement and develop it into something we can all agree on. Surely as our experience grows we will be able to ask more specific questions, etc., but for now I'm of the opinion in asking for help first to "unify" us - on that Higher Level... Then, when we can establish unification, we can begin to ask for assistance, send (broadcast) Love/Light, etc. (which we should already be doing on our own... ;) )

We could make it a regular thing, maybe once a week or so? That way, we could get better at it and make different prayers and affirmations. Perhaps we could satisfy more people if the day of the week rotates.

Maybe we can consider that we have a magical mechanism for overcoming the difficulty of synching up timewise - perhaps if we all direct our energies toward the infinite 'now', our separation in time may have as little bearing as our separation in space - for, are both not illusary?

To be united in the purpose of our call may be of main importance, as something tells me that the 'Confederation in Service to the One Infinite Creator' may not perceive a difficulty in hearing us all together synchronously, as one voice not separated by time or space.;)

I do think the prayers will be powerful whether we do them together or not. I was just thinking about the TM experiments and I think the idea was more people, more power.

I have been doing mine at 9:00 AM to coordinate with Jim and Carla's meditation. They do one at 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and they also have some "calling" type affirmations for the 9:00 PM one. Here are a couple I liked;

The 9AM one works better for my schedule but if you guys would decide to use the 9PM time I'll find a way to make that work. Heck, I will even join you at 3-4AM if that's what you decide, but I seriously don't know how often I could do that, in case this becomes a weekly or even daily thing.

That way, as the earth slowly turns to each successive time zone there will be more of us waiting to join in on the call, making it like one continuous call around the earth. Hey, thanks everyone for chiming in. I'm getting pretty excited about this. In addition, I'm also getting close to undertaking some "other assignments" as well, along with completing construction on a house. So, its been a very busy time of achievement and motivation; growth; breakthrough - on many levels (spiritually, career/service, general everyday living, etc.). Wow! :eek:

So, anyone wanna set a start-date? Also, I'd suspect that over time we'll be able to share insights gained from this venture - I'd predict that after some practice that we'll be more synched up than we could possibly imagine.

Personally, I always ask for my "positive" higher self to answer me but perhaps asking all three together would automatically ensure a positive higher self.

Can I suggest setting a set time, but then allowing each person within their own time zone to participate during that set window ... Like, letting the energy flow regardless of the time conversion on earth.... continual ~ flow ~ of thoughts being sent

I know this is a bit argumentative, but the purpose of praying in numbers is not about other beings, but about increasing the power that we ourselves put out. There must be a reason why 7,000 people meditated together in the TM experiments. But it was not prayers of supplication, rather a putting out into the universe certain intentions, thought wave forms.

However, again, there are more than one good ways to accomplish positive influence for our planet and mankind.

9:00 am won't work for me, so I like the around the world idea.

I think this is a excellent start for those wanting to 'turn on' the universal connection we all have. Thanks Art for bringing life to this idea! Even if some are working and cant participate exactly how they would like to, I feel that just a simple thought for even just a moment can help increase the strength in the connection. I like the idea of the suggestion that Art gave with the words we can all ponder on to 'start things' with . In my mind I picture this big "OM" of light coming into effect from this. I found myself practicing our initial statement today - I found it easy to remember and repeat three times. As well, it did bring me some posititive feelings.

I am "indifferent" whether we do this at the same time or not. If we can, great, but those who can't at that time can also chime in. I'm sure the effect will be just as great.

As far as next week goes, I'm really curious to see if those who live in close proximity (I've noticed "groups" in Toronto, etc.") can get together and set a time. This way they can achieve the Maharishi effect and we can all still participate in our own ways.

Thanks all for your kind words - I didn't know how my post last night would be taken. We all come from a diverse background, so our group meditations should reflect that - diverse themes, statements, prayers, times, etc.

Hi All,

It's 1:20am here in Sydney but before I shut the lights out to get some sleep I want to check in here to report on my 15 minutes of meditation that was hopefully in sync with all who are uniting at the 9:00am (EST) target time.

I used the agreed-upon wording to call for love and light three times and immediately could 'see' the sphere of the earth being encircled with hands held high, palms up, receiving light and love as requested. I felt a warm energy, sort of pulsating like a strobe light, and heard/felt an increase in my inner personal body frequency (kind of difficult to explain that one!).

I would have to say that the response I received was most definitely positive and accepting. Anxiously awaiting to hear the experiences of others involved.

What a wonderful feeling. Highly recommended!

I started meditating about 10 minutes before 9 so that I would be relaxed and into the groove by 9. It was incredible , I repeated the phrase we had agreed upon.

I had a very similar experience as when doing the group meditating in LA. My whole body seemed to be vibrating. (I haven't had this experience before when meditating by myself) This time however I was okay with it and placed my hands over the different chakra points. Then I ended with my

hands held high, palms up, receiving light and love as requested.

Then I went into some personal prayers and basically kept vibrating until 9:25. I didn't want to stop, but unfortunately the day called.

I'm supposed to be at work at 9:00 a.m., but decided a couple of days ago that I would go in a bit late.

So at 8:59, I was sitting in my car in my parking lot ready to go. (Perhaps not the best place but at least I was alone with no distractions.)

When I was done, I had the same warm energy feeling that Nancy mentioned wash over me.

I'm kind of new at this and it's still difficult for me to quiet my mind completely and feel the intensity that others have described at times while meditating, but I definitely felt something so we must have done some good.:)

Can't wait for the next time. I'll keep practising in the interim.

wow i did the same thing, but it was 750 am for me so i was really groggy and basically visualized the earth surrounded by light, it was pretty cool!

Today I downloaded a bunch of the readings from the archives to my ipod and this came up on the one I picked to listen to:

Ra: And the multiplier effect or what was called in the law of one series the law of squares which is in fact an exponential multiplication, factors in so that as each new entity comes together in the quest for peace there is an exponential multiplication of the calling for higher vibrations to ensue.

It is patently ridiculous to think that 7000 peoples vibrations could change the conscious minds of 6 billion and in fact it is ridiculous only in so far as you would believe that it was those 7000 people some how responsible for it as the studies showed that this worked whether the entities involved believed it would work or not.

The true power of this effect lies in how the law of exponents as we could call it did allow those of the higher forces, those of the confederation to beam in a higher frequency of energy to all the minds of those on earth. In a sense it opens a gateway that allows us to work far more effectively than might otherwise have been possible.

It is from this place in which you see how one small group of entities plants a small seed that the parable of the one known as Jesus comes to fruition wherein the grain of mustard seed becomes the tree that is the largest in the garden. In your own life, you can plant seeds which allow us to vastly enhance that which we are capable of bringing forth upon the physical plane. You plant these seeds by learning the esoteric wisdom principals that have been taught and applying them to yourself.

Kind of neato I thought!

Unfortunately my immediate environment at 9:00 AM EST 3/7/08 prevented me from meditating as I usually do. However, I can admit that I did feel the warmth as mentioned by others.

What beautiful visuals! Thank you for sharing gang! :D I will definitely focus on that visual next time.

I find myself uttering "our statement" a couple of times a day. To be sure I do believe in the power of the Maharishi effect, but to add another spin:

Is it possible that by our calling the same phrase that "the receivers" are like "Hey, we got a blossoming group here, and they will only get stronger as they grow together. Lets give them a hand." After all, we keep talking about "numbers" and strictly from a quantitative measure, the more the better. And, I don't necessarily think it has to be at the exact same time, just anytime you can fit it in - kind of like saying "Hey, I'm here too!" :D

While I am in favor of changing it up a bit to keep variety and diversity, I do believe that by calling with the same statement we've been using, we are being noticed. Our energies are rising and soon there will be tangible results from our efforts.

Please, anyone interested, join us in bringing Love and Light to this planet.

That works for me, other than being a bit late for work.

I don't have the time in the morning on Fridays than to do much more than say our lines three times, but I can do that and in the evening do that and my own thing before and after.

I'm in.

9am EST is 10pm for me, so I can do it right before bed. I will be doing it every day (hopefully) so anyone who wants to join me is more than welcome! If I forget, maybe people can "ping" me psychically to remind me. I will attempt the same for you all, as best I can. I have tried telepathy in the past and have experienced ample proof of its existence that I don't feel odd doing this. It just takes practice.

It's odd, this, because when I was little I used to do basically the same thing in a different way, which was pray to God that nobody would suffer that night. Once it became clear to me that my prayers weren't 100% effective (as was inevitable, of course, otherwise the newspapers would have gone out of business) I got discouraged and stopped doing it. It will be nice to return to old habits.

In addition, here is my daily morning prayer for anyone interested.

Thanks for that link, Art. Also for future reference, if you know your time relative to Greenwich Mean Time (or Coordinated Universal Time) Eastern Standard Time is -4 hours. This can be confusing, because last week it was -5 hrs. but we are in Daylight Savings time now.

For example 9 AM EST is 1PM Greenwich (or Universal) Mean Time.

That was a very nice list. Asking for help is one thing - giving permission takes it to another level. Often we think that is implied, but likely not - from what little I know about psychics and channeling, people have to give permission. Thank you for reminding me of that. ;)

I am fairly new at meditating and the one thing I have learned is that there is no such thing as being good or bad, and that the important thing is to just try. If we are too busy judging how we are doing then we'll never get anywhere.

Today for instance I found that my mind couldn't stay quiet at all. At first of course I said three times our statement. Then I found myself thinking about sending energy and love to all of the DC forum , then I got into some prayers for family members and friends. Then I started thinking about thoughts that I used to have and how they held me back from discovering my true nature.

(I used to be afraid to give my life over to the Creator because I thought that would mean I would all of a sudden have to face all kinds of trials and tribulations and I was afraid of that)

Then I found myself realizing that I(as the Creator) create my own reality and therefore there is nothing at all to fear. Then I was sending love to the Creator (and thus myself) and asking the Creator again to be with me and help me send out love and light.

So it basically turned into a little bit of a love fest. But I don't think I had hardly a single moment where my mind was quiet!:D

I have discovered that the thoughts that we think are sometimes as important as the quiet.

Everytime I meditate it's something different. Sometimes they are profound experiences and sometimes it's like nothing at all happens. I did used to compare my experiences to what others had but now realize that I am exactly where I should be.

I haven't yet had wild visions or out of body experiences but I'm sure my time will come!

The coming Spring Equinox would be a great opportunity to extend our exponential efforts to the Universe, and we would be joining numerous other groups who are also gathering at this time. WOW! Just think how powerful that would be!

For those of us who REALLY want to experience this phenomenal energy, we could plan this for the exact time the earth is in alignment with the center of the galaxy. I'm referring to Art's suggestion:

My thought would be to do this from 13:00-14:00 Local Apparent Sidereal Time (remember, this is when our psychic powers grow by 400%).

I got to tell you, my meditation worked a lot better for me in the evening when I had time to get focused and time afterward. Sitting in my car just before going to work in the morning is not really the proper setting :o

Y'know, I was meditating this week, using the affirmation we decided on, and I realized that there's no "call" in it. It ends with, "help us bring love and light to our planet," which is asking to help us help the planet, but I was thinking that maybe the Confederation needs something more explicit in order to justify things like closer involvement/interaction with people here, more involvement with diffusing destructive earth energies, or increased presence in the skies (which seems to be going up anyway, but a little more of the positive variety would be nice).

Do people think this is something that should be rectified, or do you think that the current wording implies a call to the point that no change is necessary?

While I have been "saying" the statement everyday for awhile now, it is simply an opening statement, followed by many thoughts, some spoken, some silent. I am starting to lean towards the idea that the words aren't all that important, but rather the intent behind our "calling".

I replied to your list awhile back - very nice indeed.

To reiterate what we have now:

Infinite Creator, Confederation of Planets, higher self: help us bring love and light to our planet. Adonai.

Following what I said earlier, I usually say the statement three times then move on to something like this:

I call out to entities whose vibrations resonate with mine. I ask for guidance and inspiration of how I may be of service to all. I give you permission to speak to me and help me...

Again, I really haven't nailed the "wording" down, but I tend to focus more on a clear, quiet mind and pure intent...

Any thoughts?

Yeah, thanks Art! I read your reply and was very pleased to hear that my routine struck a chord with you. This is what I have been doing. I start out by visualizing a kind of sonar ping radiating from me outward in expanding ripples, going out to alert all of you as well as anyone else who cares to join me in my meditation. Then I say the words that we all agreed on three times. Then I either go into the permissions that I described earlier, or, if I have already said them on that day, go right into asking Ra and Q'uo to help deepen my meditation, like they said they would do for us if we asked.

Then I just sit with the silence for a bit.

Then I see a pillar of white light around me, pull back so I can see it striking down through the house I live in, pull back more until it's just a needle-thin beam against an aerial view of my neighborhood, and then I let the white start to spread out. It grows like a sphere around me, enveloping and illuminating everything around it, and I keep pulling the camera back to keep all of it in view. Once I reach the point where the whole of Japan is illuminated, I begin to see other points growing out of other centers, spreading until they meet each other and my point, and when they all overlap, they form a perfectly white sphere that surrounds the whole planet.

Then I just keep that image in my mind's eye as long as I can without forcing it too much and release the benefits of the meditation to the universe when I'm finished.

I've only been doing it a week or so, and not as regularly as I would like, but it's been cool. I don't vocalize involuntarily very much anymore, but a couple of shouts leaked out last week and alarmed my lady in the next room. I look (and sound) like a madman when it happens, but I can't describe how good it feels - the vocalizations are just a side effect. You really do get a feeling of being connected to some sort of power. The only thing I can compare it to is when I went snorkeling off the Keys one summer. I was floating on the surface of the ocean, a few miles out near the reef, and a non-breaking wave came through, lifted me up something like six feet in the blink of an eye, and then brought me back down just as quickly. I realized that I could very quickly be smashed or consumed by this mass of water we call "the ocean" and I was totally at its mercy; but there I was, riding it up and down, and as long as I went with it and didn't panic, it was OK. And in riding it, accepting it, I became a part of it. So imagine that without the water and you're close.

I've gone off topic. Anyway, that's what I do.

Wow, thank you so much for sharing that positive visualization. I like how you kept expanding outward until "the sphere"... :D

When I began my spiritual journey, I had read similar visualizations that were reportedly useful to help acheive the desired state. And, choosing to try it out, I found they were. Early on, I too would envision a beam of white light while meditating, but rarely taken to your level of visualization. Given the nature of what we're trying to do, what you've shared here is an excellent way to get involved and connect. :D

Again, wow! Your description is rather clear and amazing! I am pretty sure many will benefit - thank you so much for sharing!

It's funny you should say that, Megan, the same thing happened to me.

As I said earlier, the Fridays 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. are both difficult times for me. I start work at 9:00 a.m. and Fridays at 9:00 p.m. I either have a bunch of kids (mine and Marks) or it's our Friday "off" and I'm getting ready to go out.

But last night, while I was getting ready to go out, I started thinking about our meditation and the group etc. and then wondered had I missed it. I looked at the clock at it was 9:00 on the nose.

So, although I wasn't completely focused, I guess I was tuned in, none-the-less. :)

Megan, I guess I am one of those newcomers you were speaking about/to. Thank you for the welcome. I just joined Divine Cosmos a few days ago and have been making myself familiar with the format and messages. I ran across this thread regarding the group calling/meditation and am definitely drawn to participate. The fact is that it fits in perfectly with my normal quite/meditation time in the evening and the morning session is an apropo time too.

I have been reading the Law of One books now for going on 3 months and am in the first part of book four, session 79 to be exact. In the ongoing discussion mentioning "callings" I was under the assumption that this refered to unconscious, or higher conscious, calling. It never occured to me that it was a process in which I could consciously participate. I am excited to discover that I can.

You could very well be right, for me I just feel that when I sincerely consciously call that I am doing something as a 3d person. It shows a commitment on my part and a willingness to receive their help and energy.

I am not sure how to link back to the Please pass this on post but if you would like to read that also, maybe noon works better for some. I believe daily doses are warranted in this particular moment of time.
I read some research linking emotions with quantum physics and believe it is important what we think as it is the path to our feelings. It is the actual emotion that provides the energy (IMO) so lets feel love as often as we can.
I was surprised how tough it was to call up that emotion. It is easy to think positively I try to do that alot. The pushing out of these feelings of joy and love was a different thing for me. It was a really powerful meditation.
I too visualize something like the light pillars, I saw light like fireworks coming from my feelings to 'rain down' on the earth like pixie dust, lol, when I applied this to the planet.
I envision it to be a 'blanket of love' I mentally wrap or weave it, hard to describe, like a cocoon around my family.

Last night was my first time meditating at 9 O'clock at night, I just wanted to share my experience. I live near a busy road and have an annoying sister next door :P so trying to concentrate was a little difficult, Some music helped out though.

As I became more relaxed, I knew my eyes were shut, But the feeling I soon felt after a couple minutes in, was as If my eyes were actually shutting, Everything felt darker, and I could slightly feel my head, as if it was slowly falling backwards. I had that feeling for a while,and was hearing buzzing in my ears too, I get buzzing throughout the entire day, everyday so that was pretty normal. But then, I suddenly lost concentration, and opened my eyes. I wasn't sure why, it just happened, Seconds later My sister opens the door and asks me for the phone and leaves my light on. Coincidence? I thought that, somehow I knew someone was going to come into my room, So it kinda warned me beforehand.

I Will be joining you all at 9 at Night, Sometimes at 9 in the morning, I am usually at work at that time though.
