Great find! I would love to see a little more thorough analysis on that passage - I'm not always sure I'm interpreting things as intended. It looks like this says the earth will basically be cleared out, then repopulated 4d+. After 4d+ entities learn to raise their vibrations enough, then the 3d population may return. What all of this is going to be like to experience is beyond me. Anyone?

As mentioned elsewhere, there's the suggestion that Ra's 6th density resolves paradox and duality somehow. So there's is some "percentage" of Ra that can seem to have "negative" characteristics. Somewhere early is a mention that "prophecies of doom" seem to be an indication of negative influence. Here it seems possible to interpret the noted passage as such.

The book flows through more difficulty of mentioning "psychic attacks" and so forth, something that seems to contain the potential of striking fear into readers as distracted from flowing love/light. In pondering this, it seems as if Ra is "sharing space" with other facilitators simultaneously and seems to be recommending appropriate response while its going on.

Another impression is that the questioner seemed to be focusing with so much intensity that this may have put Ra in that awkward position of breaching the Law of Confusion and infringing free will somehow - and so this distracting element was included at the same time. That is, possibly, some small "negative" content is used by Ra as attempt to influence the questioner from pursuing them by such a sort of cornering effect.

My impression is optimistic, that there seems many possibilities on the future's grocery store shelves and certainly one of the possibilities seems to be render the planet inhospitable. Despite our every effort to the contrary, we seem to be creatures interdependant on our environment. So let us choose to be environmentally friendly and enjoy the benevolent future that comes with that.

I see much of the book 3 material as an example of offering an opportunity to Ra for expression in ways that offered Ra progress higher within 6D - that by the process of such interaction, progress was made.

It may be that when people sleep, their perception of time gets largely distorted. They wake up and in more cases than not they may have difficulty describing in detail what they've been doing for the last 8 hours in being asleep; they have an easier time describing 8 hours awake. So this may be some simple example that people already experience states that go as likewise "beyond time" somehow.

Have you ever noticed that some people have an immense tolerance to pain, as if they are desensitized somehow. Then there seem others who seem hyper sensitive, where even slight temperature changes seems to affect them.

I think that part of growing beyond conscious mental awareness, is that of growing a sort of tolerance of feeling - specifically, growing a tolerance of experiencing immense states of love without feeling threatened by it. In this way, some people may need to progress more gradually than others.
