Last night on Public Telivision I saw a special about the life of Pete Seeger the folk singer.
It was the most uplifing thing I have seen in a long time.
"May the Love of our Creator Activate our Hearts so that we may Radiate Peace to All that is.
May the Light of our Creator Illuminate our Paths so that we may Serve in Harmony with All that is.
May we unify with our Creator, and All that is, so that All is One."
I modified the middle part from another source (do not recall at time of posting) and tried to complement it with the first and third parts. Open to editing of course. ;)

Hi, Art, nothing wrong with those fine sentiments, but I feel led in a different direction, one that makes us more active participents, and also more directed to turning around or deflecting the current disasterous course we seem to be on -- thanks to the dark agenda. Things are buzzing around in my head but moving too fast for me to capture them! I need to ponder this for several days or so. I know that the idea of a joint spiritual addressment on our part will be a very iimportant and powerful step, or leap,,,or,, you know what I mean! I hope!:o

Hey Art,
This part really resonated with me. How do we put it into exact words though?:)
Instead of thinking to "ask" entities "outside of my/ourselves", aren't we really just asking that part of us, which is part of everything (All is One), to empower us to effectively realize and achieve our full potential? In other words, akin to what I remember about DW, conversing with his higher self millions of years in the future...
I mean, way on down the line, doesn't everything coalesce as the illusion of separation fades? I guess I'm coming from the mindset of the "Big Bang" and the endless cycle of expansion/contraction... Of course, depending upon your views you may not agree...

I bless and welcome today's experiences knowing that each one teaches me. I am grateful for all the wisdom and joy that comes to me and through me as I complete this days' journey in peace and harmony with my family, friends and co-workers. I welcome and appreciate the abundance I am blessed with today and I use it wisely, saving for my future while remaining debt free and happy as I share with others what so bountifully has blessed me. I am a wise and consistent steward of all that has been given me.
I release fears, doubts and worries quickly when they occur. I trust that the Universe is working perfectly and that I do the best I can in each moment of my day with the resources I have. I enjoy the synchronicity of life and know that my most profound intentions are manifesting each moment.
I thank that which protects and guides me, knowing that all is well, all is well, all is well. And so it is.

Great Thread!
Here are some of my favorite quotes, from SSS Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji (aka Yogi Bhajan) and the great Gautama Buddha.
"I am the Light of my Soul, I am beautiful, I am bountiful, I am Bliss, I am, I am" - Siri Singh Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji
“In Compassion lies the world’s true strength.” - Gautama Buddha
"What we think, we become" - Gautama Buddha

Okay this is what I woke up thinking this morning.
We would like to ask the Confederation of Planets and Ra for protection and guidance on behalf of the One Infinite Creator in how to best be a beacon of Love and Light to others and how best to be of Service to Others.
Simple and to the point?

Adding from General Section. A prayer and great habit to honor our sources of nutrition. From the animals to our water to our plants and minerals.
PRAYER: from Onething
Bless us O Lord and these thy gifts which we are about to receive from thy bounty , (added) through Christ, amen
Simple, but forgotten, "Bless your food"
Lets give back to the lifes that gives us our day to day energy and well being, in the form of food. May I ask each of you to Bless the food that you eat. All types of food that once was living.
Just as we have given much needed attention and love to the animals of the sea, lets not forget the other creatures that God created that gives and sustains life. Many animals and other living creations of God can be taken for granted, and perhaps forgotten for their unselfish acts of giving for others to live.
I recently saw a piece related to the processing of beef and the uncaring, heartless acts against sick or weak cattle. It was so hard to believe and witness such a terrible lack of compassion for all of life during this man made process that involves time and money.
We may not be able to fix or react to each and every unkind act, but we can give our own LOVE by blessing each meal as we receive it day by day.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Daily Acceptance Prayer
Author Unknown
I accept myself completely.
I accept my strengths and my weaknesses,
my gifts and my shortcomings,
my good points and my faults.
I accept myself completely as a human being.
I accept that I am here to learn and grow, and
I accept that I am learning and growing.
I accept the personality I've developed, and
I accept my power to heal and change.
I accept myself without condition or reservation.
I accept that the core of my being is goodness and
that my essence is love, and
I accept that I sometimes forget that.
I accept myself completely, and in this acceptance
I find an ever-deepening inner strength.
From this place of strength, I accept my life fully and
I open to the lessons it offers me today.
I accept that within my mind are both fear and love, and
I accept my power to choose which I will experience as real.
I recognize that I experience only the results of my own choices.
I accept the times that I choose fear
as part of my learning and healing process, and
I accept that I have the potential and power
in any moment to choose love instead.
I accept mistakes as a part of growth,
so I am always willing to forgive myself and
give myself another chance.
I accept that my life is the expression of my thought, and
I commit myself to aligning my thoughts
more and more each day with the Thought of Love.
I accept that I am an expression of this Love.
Love's hands and voice and heart on earth.
I accept my own life as a blessing and a gift.
My heart is open to receive, and I am deeply grateful.
May I always share the gifts that I receive
fully, freely, and with joy.
Hey Art,
This part really resonated with me. How do we put it into exact words though?:)

That's a good one FooSnik!
My all-time favorite is the Prayer of St Francis of Assisi
Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.
Amen.
This alternate version used by the 12-steppers is pretty good too.
Lord, make me a channel of thy peace;
that where there is hatred, I may bring love;
that where there is wrong, I may bring the spirit of forgiveness;
that where there is discord, I may bring harmony;
that where there is error, I may bring truth;
that where there is doubt, I may bring faith;
that where there is despair, I may bring hope;
that where there are shadows, I may bring light;
that where there is sadness, I may bring joy.
Lord, grant that I may seek rather to comfort than to be comforted;
to understand, than to be understood;
to love, than to be loved.
For it is by self-forgetting that one finds.
It is by forgiving that one is forgiven.
It is by dying that one awakens to eternal life.
Amen.

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they who mourn,
for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek,
for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they shall be satisfied.
Blessed are the merciful,
for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure of heart,

A prayer from a few days ago: for all of you on this day of the Equinox and Full Moon
On the day of the Full Moon, let your hearts be open to receieve her light of love. As we open, give to us as we give to another through our love, grace and knowing that all life is love.
With the freshness of the spring air that blows by, let our hearts breath in the new and break us free of those old strings that no longer serve us.
May our hearts be filled with joy and and sunny beginnings
May our true self from within be alive and free to be of service when called
May the new seeds of life be real, true and of the highest good for all
May we all be one with one another as we walk with you, our creator
Let it be as it was in the beinning
Peace and good will for all
Let our stars shine bright where light is needed.
It's also the first day of Spring. New beginnings. New growth.

At 04.30 AM swedish time, my dog woke me up and had to do "the big"...It was -5, powdersnow, strong wind and a FullMoon still up in the sky...We chased him/her down by the river where there is a celtic "powergatherer", four narrow long stones leaning somewhat towards eachother and a round plate to stand on. I howled at the moon and my shorthaired collie Pajazzo joined in.
I surely needed that energy, just in that moment. This Forum also is a "powergatherer" for me, where I can talk with "kindred spirits" . This very day "The long friday" as we say in Sweden, when Jesus is supposed to have been denied by his close disciple and wrongly accused and
crucified, a very "close person" did that to me. I have a series of synchronicities beginning in 1983 with falling trees, crucifiction leading into a brainwash from a false guru with catastrophical consequences. Now I see it as an initiation to what is coming up in my life. There's a meaning to all synchronicities, not always easy to detect, it can take years before it's totally revealed. I'm liberating myself from sickness/dependencyrelating, powerabuse, envy and "kindred spirits" emerge everywhere.
We went home and I slept like a log

T, Beautiful sharing, I felt I was walking with you and your wonderful dog.
I too woke at 2:30 am and went outside to check on my horses. My dogs walk with me, my neighbor's dog's came over to see us.... The moon was lit, strong and glowing with a rainbow rays of color around. The trees, the shadows, even the birds were singing at this time of the morning. Life was alive in this moment.
It is a beautiful day today, lots of purple shades of color growing at all levels.
Peace continue to be with you both and all. :)

Hi Rhonda
I would love to see your horses! Just litened to a wonderful radioprogram where 3 persons told about their extremely traumatic experiences leading them into psychosis and schizofrenia, now recovering by having the opportunity to talk openly with "kindred spirits" and also gaining information from the internet about the voices they hear etc...
One man wrote his own lyrics and had a band called "The wild Horses"
Full Moon a time to "reconcile the opposites" and accept and embrace the paradoxes in life on earth...
There are 13 fullmoons in a year, Jesus was the 13:th among his disciples, 13 is not an unlucky number unless the majority regards it as such, 13 is a sacred number. Friday=The day of Frey and Frigga a day of fertility and fruitfulness, not an "unlucky day" as pple in Sweden think,
The opposition of Sun and Moon, husband and wife standing in front of eachother..In american native mythology, the Moon is male and the Sun is female:)
What a coincidence that this fullmoon coincide with the vernal equinox and the "Good Friday"...strange naming considering the crucifixion, in Sweden this Friday is not percieved as "good", but long and filled with sorrow for Christians and boring for the rest;)

Thank You for the post. I start each day by Thanking Creation for the gift of another day of experience, and expressing that I will endeavor to live every moment as " The Present" that it is. As far as blessing food, yes, this too, is prudent. My own experience has brought to me the realization that the old expression, "You are what you eat", has much validity. I always attempt to only consume "Living" food and try to avoid man-made or processed foodstuffs. The land of milk and honey is only as far away as the nearest nanny goat and beehive. But, Thank You for the reminder of giving Thanks. Being Grateful is not a chore, it is the path to a Grateful "Being".

Being in tune with your food by awareness and gratitude, creates a very powerful channel for Spirit to come through. The same thing with water. It's all about the flow, and blessings make aware the reality of love.
The body is a temple, right? Well, a temple is just a building; the inner alter, the holiness within that building is what is truely sacred, not the building itself.
In the same way, by blessing your food you are merely being aware of the Creator, and creating positive inerita towards the Light.
Being grateful of/ for the Source of what you are putting into your body, keeps your channel open; which allows you to be Lighter in your energy; which means more dreaming, deeper meditations, higher energy, easier processing of emotions etc.
Furthermore, vegetables and fruits have some really interesting personalities, much like people. It can be really amusing, talking with your food. Time well spent, for me.
One,
Joseph Ledzion

Yeah! its oh so true! The body is a temple, but a very special temple, created by the greatest creator, a creator no male, no female, but both. Every simgle thing you eat has its own history, if you are capable of respecting it, then go on eat it, but when you eat it you have the responsabily to transmute it into something higher withinn you...or let it pull you into a lower state, what is always posible if this is what you want. If you can love every single thing and being you touch, you'll grow and impulse your enviroment to do it so. just love everything that goes into your body and everything that goes out.:p

Actually this statement is now a knowingness on a rather deep level for me and it's fun to boot:
"People love me so much they give me money and stuff"
Lightwalker
I have moved into a more expansive state in these past few weeks from affirming thoughts to listing what I KNOW. It has been amazing to "see" how much more powerful I feel in myself by doing this. I create a truer aligned state that makes (actually allow is a better word) me be in great GRATITUDE.

nice..this one rings true for me as well!!
Hi Everyone,
Recall this prayer that captivated my attention when my kids were little and I was exposed to some prayers from Waldorf Education. It may not be exactly verbatum, but close:
"To the sun above,
To the earth below,
We thank-you for
this food,
Which helps us
grow."
While on this subject of food, recently saw video clip that offers a global perspective on true nourishment and food. These are words from Peter Proctor and his wife:
"We are responsible for our own actions. Unless we have the right food, we cannot think properly. If you eat untruth, you will be untruth..Please wake up people." Peter is an agricultural trailblazer who has devoted his life to growing pure foods using biodynamic agriculture, formulated by Steiner many years ago. NINA
http://www.cloudsouthfilms.co.nz/films/onecow/video.html
Seeing this in print and with more time to ask my memory,
"To the sun above,
To the earth below...",
Below here sounds more familiar!
"For the sun above,
For the earth below,
We thank you,
For this food,
Which helps
us groiw."
Recall there were hand gestures to acconpany - with arm raised pointing to sun, and then down to earth! Believe prayer may have read. (sorry to say did not use this as blesssing, otherwise surely would have remembered it exactly)-
Also, you can't really tell too much from the clip about how biodynamic agriculture works. I've never seen more beautiful gardens and the transformation of small farms in India is dramatic. Simple procedures are followed to help the soil become "living" and vital. Cow maure and the use of their horns are part of this process that shows remarkable transformation in the soil. Peter and his wife carry a vitality that shows how easy it is to foster true vitality, and true joy which comes from truly helping others. Recall owning the video about the Kogi (link recently shared in these forums) and how they lived simply. Peter and his wife have an important message to help us take actions which "Bless this earth". People may have mistaken idea that Rudolf Steiner's biodynamic agriculture is only using non-toxic sprays,for example and may think they know all about it. NINA

In case you are not aware, Saint Theresa is known as the Saint of the
Little Ways, meaning she believed in doing the little things in life well
and with great love.
May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that
has been given to you.
May you be confident knowing you are a child of God. Let this presence
settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance,
praise and love.

We are born, we forget- in order to experience this realm. Our experiences over time may make us forget our true nature of unity. The more we forget, the more our blindness compels us to do that which is contrary to our own nature. To harm another is to harm ourselves. Until we can see again, we become prisoners of our own amnesia. Therefore, only the truth can set us free, and free will only exists in as much as we can see. "Forgive them- they know not what they do".
Our souls are like chords in a universal symphony. As each snowflake is unique, so are we. Each chord, each vibration forms a pattern. The universal symphony once existed in perfect harmony....harmony= no harm. When harmony was disturbed, our dimension shifted. Physics rearranged, reassembled....this world we perceive....a world of life and death. Look to nature and see its overwhelming beauty. But imagine, a place where death is not a part of the equation, but where life still flows, experiencing itself, a world of harmony, glowing warm, like the light inside your heart.
Other dimensions, other universes, different laws of physics. Nothing is impossible; we only make it that way when we imagine it to be.
Music is beautiful
Nature is beautiful
Creation is beautiful
Life is beautiful, or can be
The forces of disharmony create confusion, and symbolic darkness in which we forget. These entities are amnesiacs of their own making, no longer self-sustaining, but seeking the energy of others, seeking to make others slaves of their realm, slaves of their dream.....of forgetfulness. Only truth, and love....can set us free. Because cruelty perpetuates cruelty. Disharmony perpetuates disharmony.

There is an excellent book by Marc Allen called [please PM for book title] The Secret Documentary can not compare to the light and love conveyed in this book. The Author discloses a lot of information regarding affirmations. The following is an affirmation format that I took from this book an applied to my own life. I have seen nothing but positive results:
In an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way, I affirm that (insert the personal goal or affirmation) in its own perfect time, for the highest good of all. This or something better is now manifesting in totally satisfying and harmonious ways for the highest good of all.
Write it down, read it over and over, and you will convince the subconcious that anything is possible innevitably drawing the situation you desire into your life.

For some reason, it seems to me that the best meditation, the most beneficial, is the kind where you send out as much love to as many people as you possibly can. My list is not very big right now, but I've decided to include every child in the world who has no one there for them, expressing love to them. It's the most exillerating feeling when I'm through and a definate pick-me-up, if only to remind me to be grateful of my own circumstances.

I was thinking more about this today and I feel that sending love out to a certain target who needs it most is like a pre-action as well as great form of meditation. There are so many people suffering in the world right now and the best way to be open to helping anywhere needed is to prepare your mind to do so.
Last night, my little son and I were watching a movie together. He was playing, acting out the fight scene and he looked so cute. It almost made me cry, the love and appreciation I felt for my kids, it was so intense. So I stopped what I was doing, for a few minutes, and meditated the love out to anyone who didn't have someone appreciating them and loving them.
P.S. I do add the members of this site now to this meditation in the longer version, as many as I can think of.

when i meditate before i go to sleep each night i wait till i am feeling very much at peace and feeling warmth of love in my heart and then i repeat the following over and over:
"let there be peace, the peace that i am now feeling, within the hearts and minds of all beings everywhere"
a simple way to send love to all that is :)
peace,

I just love all the loving intentions being expressed and given, peace and harmoney everyone :)

wow!! the times we live in are amazing!
I've always considered myself an average person. I graduated high school in 1996 with no special honors.
I have had various jobs including the U.S.A.F. as a jet mechanic, building guitars, building signs, and other mechanical jobs.
I started doing extensive research on consciousness, 2012, and reality and found my true nature. I am so happy!
I figured that i would start college and give Quantum Physics a try. I went and took the placement test and scored almost a perfect 100 on 2 of the areas and above average on the other areas. The person giving the test said that scores like that don't usually occur.
i was so amazed i couldent believe it! With my confidence soaring now, i tried not to get too excited!
When i went to get scheduled, my advisor told me that i should get some basics out of the way and transfer straight to another more qualified university for my program of study.
I remembered all the stuff I've learned form Mr. Wilcock, Mr. Amit Goswami, Mr. Nassim Haramein, Dr. Michael Beckwith, and many other great teachers(too many to name).
The times we live in allow us to come to our true nature and follow our intuition almost unhindered.
Anyway, my life has changed in so many ways and has allowed for me to pursue a PhD in quantum physics and also a PhD in Metaphysics and maybe something in Plasma Cosmology also.
I hope this does not come across as arrogance I'm just going for the most I can, and finding joy in my new life! I can't help to feel that I finally belong now!
Today is also my birthday, and I'm feeling generally happy and full of life!
Love to all!!
A Happy Indigo

No arrogance at all, man - GO for it! Soon as I read in your post about quantum physics combined with metaphysics, it got my juices going as a great combination! I suspect that type of cross-training is going to become a whole lot more important in the future than it is right now.
I'm glad to see an Indigo embracing "what is" together with "what could be." :)

This is something I started doing a little while ago and since it has, oddly, coincided with a fairly sudden feeling that life has gotten smoother, I am giving the causative fallacy the benefit of the doubt and recommending it here. Besides, I think it is just a good overall habit.
Every day, during my walk to work, I pray and give thanks to open the day. Recently I started giving thanks for all my pain, all my loneliness, all my disappointments, etc. as well. I figure that even if I don't interpret them as useful now, they must be good from SOME point of view that I will have in the future, so why not just be thankful for them ahead of time?
I like doing it. I can't promise you anything if you do it, but it is working for me.
Cheers
John

Soyez bénis.
Soyez divins.
Soyez infinis.
L'amour et la lumière sont puissants.
Soyez les deux.
Be blessed.
Be divine.
Be infinite.
Love and light are powerful.
Be both.

And then, just before he died,
he looked at the sky one last time
and he said:
"There's only one of us here..."

In March of 2009, a friend gave me a woven bracelet and told me that traditionally one is to make a wish, and tie the bracelet onto the wrist and not to take it off. Eventually the bracelet would fall off and the wish would be made manifest. I made a wish that love and light would enlighten the world and humanity would evolve peacefully. The bracelet is still on my wrist and each time that I look at it I am reminded of the wish and it has become a deep prayer. The bracelet often slips down and the strings get in the way of what I am doing, but it serves to remind me of that prayer. I have found that it is a great way to focus on this intent, a visual and physical symbol of what I pray for. I thought I would share this idea for anyone that would like to have a way to keep this prayer in focus.
Thanks to Everyone!
