OK, let me break it down this way (correct me if I'm
wrong).
- In 3D, entities are trying to choose the path that
their future development will take.
- There are two choices for the path: service to self
(sts, negative) and service to others (sto, positive).
- Both polarities are equally available and both lead
back to the creator.
- In order to complete this cycle and move on (ascend)
to the next cycle (4D), one must choose the path one
will take in a decisive manner.
- Another way of saying this is that one must polarize
to a certain degree one way or another to give one the
ability to use a certain degree/quality of love/light
that is requisite in order to be able to function at
the higher energy frequencies of 4D.
- The nature of the sto path requires a polarity of
51% sto to ascend 4D positive.
- The nature of the sts path requires a polarity of
95% sts to ascend 4D negative.
- Those who don't meet those requirements don't ascend
to 4D and will have to repeat the 3D cycle.
- A major reason that 3D is so important is because
the veil of forgetting, which prevents an incarnated
entity from remembering all his other past lives
directly, makes 3D experience very potent. The potent
quality of this experience catalyzes an entity in one
direction or another much quicker than experience
without the veil would.
- This does not neccessarily mean that the entity who
enters a 3D cycle again is "starting over," since they
bring with them the biases and distortions of previous
incarnations and experiences with them, and these
biases and distortions influence the development of
the incarnative personality just as experiences
growing up impress upon the personality. However, the
veil prevents direct access to specific past life
knowledge *in most cases*.
- Since having the veil is neccessary to achieving the
goal of 3D, you can be pretty damn sure that entities
repeating 3D will not remember their past incarnations
directly.
- The only way a 3D entity can remember past life
experiences direclty is by penetrating the veil. That
is difficult but possible, and can be done to
different degrees depending upon the amount of
love/light a person can use to penetrate the veil.
- It is also possible that an entity could pierce the
veil to a certain degree due to preincarnative choices
it may make as to the experiences it will have while
incarnated.
